Steven Odzer is one of the biggest names in the business world, distribution industry to be precise. As a young boy, he grew up in Brooklyn, New York and went to Yeshiva of Flatbush High School before taking the Brooklyn College Scholars program. At the age of 18, Odzer ventured into the business world and started his first company out of his parents’ basement. It did not take long for him to earn recognition as he was named the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Distribution while still 18 years old in 2018. In 2006, he sold his first company to his largest competitor, Burke Supplies.
Having made it big in the business world, Stephen Odzer got himself involved with the Republic Jewish Coalition together with a number of other agencies that assist adults and children with disabilities. He is one of the foundations biggest contributors and supports the work of enterprises that employ people living with disabilities. Stephen Odzer is currently the CEO and founder of YBT Industries of Henderson, Nevada and maintains close relations with large accounts.
Growing up, Steven Odzer went to school with some of the wealthiest kids in the country thus giving him the motivation he needed to build his own meaningful enterprise. He also received help from successful business leaders when he first ventured into the business world. One such person is Barry Halper who happened to own a small percentage of the New York Yankees. Another business leader who really inspired Steven Odzer is Edmond Safra, a banker. Even though his business is now successful, he has made some mistakes throughout his life that have made him a better person today.
Stephen Odzer recently announced a major partnership with the Vegas Golden Knights NHL team for naming rights to their new facility in Henderson. –Lifeguard Arena. He is still looking forward to signing other partnerships in the near future. Odzer is truly a representation of successful business owners who are more than willing to give back to the community thus making the world a better place.
